New Experiences for Ryder

Ryder has been getting out and about much more than he did in California.

We reserved for lunch at Gunther's Restaurant in the nearby town of Olhau.  But due to cool and blustery weather, the restaurant wasn't serving outside on this day.  So Ryder got to eat inside a restaurant, a first for him.  Despite our concerns, he was very well-behaved, not barking nor begging too much at the table.  By the way, the lunch specials are listed on the board, and they include bread, olives, two different salads, a glass of wine, dessert and coffee.  All for 12 euros per person!​

While our housekeeper was cleaning the house, we went to the local mall because it was raining.  For the most part, Ryder was bored but well-behaved while we had coffee.

But Ryder was very interested when we took him into a mall store which sells garden supplies and pet food.  Here he is looking over the available pets that he hopes to take home with him.
