Music in the Algarve

Despite what some residents of Lisbon believe, the Algarve has a broad range of cultural events that Debra and I are just beginning to sample.  From buskers on the Roman Bridge in Tavira to performances of classical music, we have been captivated by musical sounds of the Algarve.

Becki Christopherson, an American expat and friend of Mark and Debra's, is the lead violinist in the Quinteto Sull'a Corda.  She also teaches violin and plays in a number of other groups.
