Mark One More Task as "Done"

There are a number of bureaucratic tasks that have to completed in order to live anywhere, and we were able to achieve one of the key ones this week.  After gathering a variety of paperwork, online submission to IMT (the Portuguese DMV), and weeks of waiting, Mark was able to obtain his Portuguese driver's license (good through June 2026!).  A number of people have told us that they've been waiting much longer than we did for their licenses, so we feel lucky to have completed this task.  In addition, we applied for and received our Via Verde transponder, which allows us to easily use the Portuguese toll roads with our car.  The timing couldn't have been better as we are planning a road trip to Central Portugal in about ten days.
