Happy Turkey Day!

Things have been a bit slow here, but the holidays are livening things up.  We were going to have Thanksgiving dinner at one of our American friend's house, but at the last minute, it got changed to our house instead!  We ended up with seven people total and three dogs.  The three cats didn't make much of an appearance.  We were mostly Americans, though there was a Swede and a German.  We were able to source and/or make all of the usual Thanksgiving staples (whole turkey, bread stuffing, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes with gravy, and pumpkin pie) along with lots of other things to boot.  We stuffed ourselves, but unfortunately, didn't have the luxury of falling asleep in front of the TV watching American football.  Happy Thanksgiving!
